KOINU Brand Kitchenware HOMMA CO., LTD. has been making professional kitchenware mainly for use in restaurants, school lunches, and food processing factories for more than 60 years. The ""KOINU"" brand name has a 50 year track record of exports to Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, making it well-known both in Japan and overseas. In addition to our main material of stainless steel, we also use aluminum and stainless steel-clad aluminum to manufacture pots, stock containers, and other cooking utensils in a wide range of shapes. In addition to our many established products, we continue to expand our lineup all the time by adding new products developed with the latest kitchen facilities in mind. All of our products are made in Japan. We conduct surveys of actual conditions in working kitchens, research the characteristics required in the workplace, including functionality, lightness, durability, shape, and usability, and work to develop and improve products every day.We are producing all metalic moulds of "KOINU" products and improving the moulds too.Therefore development of new products and improvement of these items are early. We have also built up a manufacturing and inventory system that enables us to provide a steady supply of products without ever having products be out of stock. It is for this reason that KOINU products are selected by kitchens at McDonald's, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and many other restaurant chains and hotels. Furthermore, due to the excellent durability and corrosion resistance of stainless steel, in addition to the food service sector, KOINU products are also used in healthcare facilities and scientific workshops.
